The Saint James Bazaar is an annual tradition that brings together our church, school, and wider community. From our famous White Elephant Sale and delicious Italian Night to our legendary Bazaar games and new Spooky Disco Tent, there is something for everyone! Cookies and cakes and brownies, oh my! If you’ve got baked goods, we have a Bake Shop and
Cake Walk that could use your culinary talents! Click here for more information on what’s
needed, how to package/label it, and where to drop it off.
Volunteers
We cannot pull off this week of events without the help of our amazing volunteers. Please be generous with your time so we can offer the same great experience we always have. A few reminders:
· Every family should volunteer for one shift per child who attends Saint James School.
· Pre-K and Kindergarten parents should sign up for a sorting shift in support of the White Elephant Sale.
· Each completed shift (up to one per child) will earn a dress down pass for your child.
· You must check in and work your entire shift to earn the pass.

Worked up an appetite shopping at the White Elephant Sale or playing games? Be sure to visit
the Bazaar Snack Bar, which will sell kid favorites including pizza, hot dogs, chili, Frito pies,
chips, bottled water, and soda.

Wed, Oct. 12, 5 to 8 p.m.
Thurs, Oct. 13, 5 to 8 p.m.
Fri, Oct. 14, 3 to 7 p.m.
Sat, Oct. 15, 3 to 7 p.m.
