Registration Information

The school requires two applications and a registration form for your child to be considered for admittance. Applicants should complete the following

Please mail or drop off the Preschool Application and Registration Form at the main office, Attention to: Preschool Director, Mrs. Deanna Toman.

Before you submit your child's application, please note the following:

  • Applications for the 2021-2022 school year can currently be submitted.

  • "Priority Consideration" is given to our returning families, parishioners of Saint James Catholic Church, and all other applicants; in that order.

  • The deadline for "Priority Consideration" is February 1, 2021.

  • Remaining spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis for all applications received after February 1, 2021. 

  • After filling out the Diocese of Arlington Application for Enrollment and the Saint James Preschool Application, please submit the Registration Form and the $200 application fee per student along with the Preschool Application.

  • Acceptance letters will be sent electronically beginning February 20, 2021.

  • Once accepted, a one-month tuition deposit, paid by check, will be required to guarantee your spot. This deposit will be non-refundable and will cover your last month of preschool tuition.

  • You must provide a recent (last 12 months) Virginia School Health form and allow us to see an original (raised seal) Birth Certificate to complete your registration.

  • Once accepted, the deadline to submit a month's tuition deposit, Virginia School Health form, and Birth Certificate is March 1, 2021. Please retain your own copy of all documents submitted.

  • All families are required to create an account online with SMART Tuition, to allow for tuition payments to be made monthly, by June 1, 2021.
