Happy Friday!  I hope everyone got out and enjoyed some nice weather yesterday.   Today is writing Friday.  I know writing is hard.  But it is sooo good for your brain.  It is also one of the hardest subjects to teach, and even harder with the distance learning in place.  The best site I have found to help the students with the writing process during this time is Moby Max.  Therefore, I have assigned a few writing lessons today in Moby Max to further our Writing assignment.  Remember the topic of our Personal Narritive, that we should all be working on, is "A Time with Friends".  My own daughter is working on the same story for me and she is writing about one of her birthday parties.  Please watch the 4 Moby Max Videos/Lesson I assigned and get the main events of your story written down.  I would like us all to share our narratives on a zoom call at the end of May.  There is also a adverb and adjective "check-in" I would like the students to complete.

All assignments for me today are in Moby Max. I have also assigned a due date so they should appear at the top of the page when you log in.  Here are the names of the 4 lesson assigned.  Please let me know if you have trouble finding the lessons.  Have a great Friday and happy weekend!

Prewriting: Outline main events on a plot diagram
