The Saint James Bazaar is an annual tradition that brings together our church, school, and wider community. From our famous White Elephant Sale and delicious Italian Night to our legendary Bazaar games and Spooky Disco Tent, there is something for everyone! VOLUNTEERS
The Bazaar is our only school event in which all parents are asked to volunteer. A few reminders:
Preschool and Kindergarten parents should sign up for a sorting shift in support of the White Elephant and Books & Toys Sale (Friday, Oct. 13 through Tuesday, Oct. 17). This has been a tradition for years and is a great way to get involved and meet other parents!
Additionally, every Saint James School family should volunteer for at least one shift during the Bazaar (Wednesday, Oct. 18 through Saturday, Oct. 21). This means our Pre-K and Kinder parents should also sign up for one shift during the Bazaar in addition to sorting.
Each completed shift will earn a dress down pass (up to one per child). You must check in and work your entire shift to earn the pass.

Service Hours will be given to students in grades 5th-12th who complete their full shifts.
It takes a village to put on a wonderful event like this and strengthens our school community. Please be generous with your time and enjoy meeting other families during the Bazaar.
DINING
Worked up an appetite shopping at the White Elephant Sale or playing games? Be sure to visit the Bazaar Snack Bar, which will sell kid favorites including pizza, hot dogs, chili, Frito pies, chips, bottled water, and soda.
Snack Bar Hours:
Thurs, Oct. 19, 5 to 8 p.m.
Fri, Oct. 20, 3 to 7 p.m.
Sat, Oct. 21, 3 to 7 p.m.
